Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements and manage project delivery.
- Conduct financial inclusion, MSME finance, access-to-credit, and financial sector advisory assignments.
- Perform primary and secondary research, market assessments, and policy analysis.




- Design and implement Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) frameworks and impact assessments.
- Prepare high-quality reports, strategy papers, proposals, and client presentations.
- Engage with government agencies, regulators, financial institutions, multilateral organizations, donor agencies, and private-sector stakeholders.
- Lead project teams, mentor consultants, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Support business development, proposal writing, and client relationship management.
