- Manage daily production line activities and achieve production targets as per planning.
- Handle manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Maintain production records, reports, rejection formats, and documentation.
- Maintain and sustain 6S practices across the production area.
- Support and drive Lean Manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and rejection levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualified ITI/ Diploma/ Graduate with min, 3 - 6 years experience in Electrical/ Electronics assembly and testing processes.
- Knowledge of PCB assembly, THT assembly, SMD process and production operations.
- Basic soldering knowledge and hands-on production experience.
- Robust leadership, manpower management, and communication skills.
