Roles and Responsibilities:

Directory and User Management:

- Expertise in administering Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions across various platforms.
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, ensuring appropriate access to systems and resources.
- Manage email rules, security and implement DLP guidelines.

System and Device Management:

- Administer and manage macOS and Windows environments, including device enrollment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee mobile device management (MDM) using tools like Microsoft Intune.
- Perform software installation, updates, and maintenance across various devices and platforms.
- Manage IT infrastructure design and implementation with vendors, including networking equipment like access points, switches, routers, and firewalls.

Security and Compliance:

- Monitor and manage security solutions including Zscalar, Microsoft Defender, and CrowdStrike.
- Perform patch management, vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Implement and maintain disk encryption, VPN, and endpoint protection measures.

Vendor and Asset Management:

- Manage IT assets, including procurement, inventory, and maintenance. Coordinate with vendors for purchasing, service agreements,



and support contracts.
- Handle IT budgeting and audit preparation, ensuring cost-effective solutions and compliance

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT administration with a focus on macOS and Windows environments.

Proven experience with MDM tools (e.g., Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, Hexnode).

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and G-Suite administration.

- Certifications:

Relevant certifications such as macOS for IT Administrators, Google Workspace Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration, and Microsoft Entra ID are preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in managing macOS and Windows devices, including troubleshooting and support.

Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms like Microsoft Intune.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.

Familiarity with security solutions like Microsoft Defender.

Excellent networking and IT infrastructure management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting.
