Learnedge is seeking dedicated Academic Advisors to guide students in making informed educational decisions and achieving their career aspirations.

As an Academic Advisor, youll serve as a primary point of contact for students, providing comprehensive guidance on program selection and academic planning.

Responsibilities

- Making inbound /outbound sales calls.
- Create awareness about our program offerings, pitch the right offering, and deliver proper counselling.
- Proactively follow up with potential prospects.
- Follow quality parameters, ethical work procedure, set by the organization.
- Build trust with clients and if necessary encourage them to visit our office to ensure maximum lead conversion.
- Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis.
- Create healthy team relationships.




- Ensure effective follow-ups to customers and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

Excellent communication is mandatory - English & Regional Language, preferred to have an end-to-end sales experience.
