Key Responsibilities

Supervise waterproofing, repair, and renovation activities at high-rise residential and commercial buildings.

Execute waterproofing works for terraces, basements, podiums, bathrooms, water tanks, and external walls.

Monitor crack repair, concrete restoration, structural repair, grouting, and protective coating works.

Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with clients & consultants.

Plan daily site activities and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment.

Maintain daily progress reports, work schedules, and site documentation.

Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.





Required Skills

Experience in waterproofing systems and repair & renovation projects.

Hands-on experience in high-rise building projects.

Ability to read construction drawings and BOQs.

Good knowledge of quality control and site safety practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.

Solid communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
