Job Title: Sr. Executive HR
Location: Medchal (Plant)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.
- Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with plant departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Post Graduate
- 4-5 years of relevant HR Operations experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
