- Key Responsibilities:Provide quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical condition continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Handle ICU equipment and emergency situations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
