Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive/BDE to generate and convert sales leads by visiting domestic customers, pitching steel products, developing relationships, and driving business closure.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit domestic customers regularly and pitch steel products/solutions.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, market mapping and local networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal sales/operations teams for order processing and fulfilment.
- Maintain daily field visit, lead and sales reports.
- Identify new markets, customer segments and business opportunities.




- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline; sales/marketing background preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, B2B marketing, steel, building materials, hardware or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory with a valid driving licence.
- Positive geographical knowledge of the assigned territory.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel and customer meetings.
- Target-oriented with strong lead-conversion and closing ability.
- Local market knowledge and familiarity with domestic customers will be an advantage.
