- Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet.
- Supervise and coordinate all staff members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle billing, POS and daily cash operations.
- Monitor sales, inventory, wastage and stock levels.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Manage staff attendance, shifts and discipline.
- Coordinate with delivery platforms such as Zomato & Swiggy.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales and operational targets.
