About the Role

Kick-start your legal career with Resolve360! We're looking for a driven, recently graduated law qualified to join our Bangalore and Gurugram team as a Legal Associate. This is a launchpad role for a fresh graduate who wants genuine, hands-on legal experience — drafting real legal documents, conducting research on live matters, supporting case strategy, and working closely with senior counsel on active disputes. Alongside this core legal work, you'll also get a small window into how a growing practice engages and retains clients. If you're a law graduate who wants to sharpen real drafting, research, and advisory skills in a fast-paced practice, this role gives you exposure that most fresh graduates don't get until years into their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Get real drafting experience — draft legal notices, settlement letters, replies, and client communications from day one, under the guidance of senior counsel.

• Conduct in-depth legal research into case law, statutes, and procedural rules for live matters.

• Assist in preparing documentation for ongoing disputes.





• Stay on top of case progress by tracking documents, deadlines, and pending compliance requirements for each matter.

• Gain exposure to real dispute resolution by coordinating client settlement discussions and grievance handling.

• Join client calls to share matter updates and understand client concerns from a legal standpoint.

• Build strong organizational habits by maintaining accurate records of matters, documents, and case files.

• Get a well-rounded view of how a legal practice runs by supporting daily office operations and administrative work.

• Get limited exposure to the business side of the practice by joining occasional client on-boarding conversations and helping spot opportunities for additional legal services.

What You'll Earn
