About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Telecaller/Patient Coordinator familiar with skin and hair clinic operations. The role involves client interaction, lead management, and coordination between patients and clinic teams to ensure a smooth treatment journey.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding clinic services and appointments.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and consultations.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate patient details.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure appointments and follow-ups are managed efficiently.
- Provide clear, empathetic, and informed communication to clients.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling for Skin/Hair/Aesthetic clinics.
- Robust communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
- Confident, persuasive, and patient-focused personality.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain organized records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month + incentives.
