Job Responsibilities:

* Recruit and onboard insurance advisors.

* Build, train, and manage the advisor team.

* Generate business through advisors and direct customer acquisition.

* Conduct regular advisor meetings and monitor performance.

* Build strong customer and business relationships.

* Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

* Attend company training programs and ensure compliance with company policies.

Eligibility:

* Graduate (Mandatory)

* 2–3 years of sales experience (Insurance preferred)

* Local candidates preferred

* Personal vehicle is mandatory

* Good communication, negotiation, networking, and team management skills
