Responsibilities

- Kick off meetings with sales & marketing team to understand customer s requirements under the guidance of project manager.
- Understand and design automation systems on the assigned projects.
- Preparation of URS, working against designed projects.
- Selection of correct P&ID; as per project.
- SACDA preparations, PLC programming along with software development programming team.
- Complete project execution and commissioning & installation of PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, Rockwell PLC/ Siemens PLC, Allen Bradley PLC.
- Preparation, review & execution of FAT/ SAT.
- Identify,



understand and manage technical project risks using appropriate tools for risk analysis and set up the required technical counter measures

Skills Required
- Co-ordination with design team for engineering drawings
- PLC program development
- HMI development
- Internal panel /system testing
- Conducting FAT
- On Site Installation & Commissioning (Where applicable)
- Preparation of; project documents
- Ability to read and understand all related technical documents and ability to check the technical documents created by others.
- Pharma requirements knowledge
