Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our team in Pune. In addition to developing high-quality Python applications, you will act as a mentor to junior developers and interns, guiding them to achieve their qualified growth. This dual role involves both hands-on technical contributions and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Development Tasks

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Debug and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Integrate third-party APIs and libraries into projects when needed.

Mentorship Leadership

- Guide and mentor junior developers and interns in coding standards, best practices, and project execution.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, or training for the team.




- Act as a point of contact for technical queries and provide hands-on support as needed.

Required Skills

- Strong experience (3+ years) in Python programming.
- Proficiency in frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a bonus.

Mentorship Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
