Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive Workforce Fulfilment & Hiring Delivery
Achieve 100% budgeted manpower across assigned business units and close all approved positions within defined TAT
- Optimize Sourcing Effectiveness & Hiring Quality
Deliver hiring through an optimal source mix, maintain high conversion rates, and reduce offer dropouts
- Enhance Diversity & Employee Retention
Drive diversity hiring, monitor hiring quality, and implement interventions to reduce infant attrition
- Ensure Recruitment Governance & Vendor Excellence
Maintain 100% compliance with hiring processes, system closures,



vendor tagging, and recruitment governance norms while managing vendor performance, quality, and payment accuracy.

Desired Profile:

- Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred) with 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BFSI, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Telecom, Retail or high-volume sales hiring environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track recruitment KPIs, generate MIS, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, recruitment dashboards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
