Job Responsibilties:-

- Perform rack and stack activities for servers, network devices, and related equipment.
- Install, remove, and replace hardware components as per documented procedures.
- Support server deployment, decommissioning, and relocation activities.
- Execute basic troubleshooting tasks under the guidance of senior technicians.

Cabling & Connectivity

- Install, label, organize, and maintain network and power cables.
- Perform cable tracing and connectivity verification.
- Ensure proper cable management standards are followed.

Asset & Inventory Management

- Track and maintain inventory of IT equipment and spare parts.
- Update asset records and documentation accurately.
- Support equipment shipping, receiving, and storage activities.

Infrastructure Support

- Monitor data center environmental conditions.




- Assist with routine inspections of racks, power systems, and cooling infrastructure.
- Report any abnormalities, alarms, or potential risks promptly.

Safety & Compliance

- Follow all data center safety policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Method of Procedures (MOPs).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work setting.
- Comply with security and access control requirements.

Documentation

- Record completed tasks and maintenance activities.
- Update tickets, work orders, and operational reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation of incidents and changes
