About the Role :

- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Lead (Laravel + Nest.js) to join our development team in Jaipur. In this role, you will lead a team of developers to build scalable, high-performance web applications and microservices, while architecting solutions that power the next generation of event experiences.
- You will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, innovation, and execution across various projects while working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, QA, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of web applications and backend services using Laravel (PHP) and Nest.js (Node.js).

- Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from design and development to testing, deployment, and support.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers; foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Review code, provide constructive feedback,



and enforce pull request and version control practices (Git/GitHub).

- Optimize system architecture and database design for performance, scalability, and security.

- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and bugs in a timely and efficient manner.

- Work closely with DevOps and QA teams for deployment pipelines, testing strategies, and CI/CD processes.

- Keep up with the latest trends and tools in web development, especially in PHP, Node.js, and event-tech ecosystems.

Technical Skills Required :

- Expert-level proficiency in Laravel (PHP Framework) and Nest.js (Node.js Framework).

- Robust experience with RESTful API design, development, and integration.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, MVC, and modular application design.

- Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

- Hands-on knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols like JWT, OAuth2.

- Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js/React) is a bonus.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, unit testing, and Agile methodologies.
