- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, highly available systems using Amazon Web Services, Docker, and Terraform
- Establish and maintain software quality through robust CI/CD pipelines, comprehensive test automation, and code quality standards
- Investigate and resolve production issues, conducting thorough root cause analysis and implementing preventive solutions and performance optimizations
- Monitor production systems, triage alerts/incidents, and drive root cause analysis through to resolution
- Act as a frontline responder for customer-reported issues-own the problem until the customer is unblocked and the system is stable
