Client Reporting Specialist supporting a private credit asset manager covering US and European private credit investments. The associate will be an integral part of the team responsible for creating process efficiencies and ensuring data integrity

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated solutions to address client, internal, and regulatory reporting needs, largely utilizing Alteryx and Python.
- Design, build, and maintain automated data workflows using Alteryx to streamline recurring reporting and reduce manual effort.
- Provide internal consulting support across the business by diagnosing problems, structuring analyses, and recommending solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Develop an expert understanding of the internal systems utilized for data entry and storage, as well as the flow of information through internal systems.
- Engage in manual cleansing of historical data and formulation of new guidelines to enhance data accuracy for future entries.
- Create visualizations for complex data models in PowerBI with the goal of simplifying understanding and reducing manual efforts for end users.
- Address ad-hoc problem-solving needs, develop creative solutions, and own end user testing and implementation.

Required qualifications





- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data transformation roles.
- Hands-on experience with Python and/or Alteryx for data processing, automation, and workflow development.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI development, including dashboard creation, data modeling, advanced visualizations, and database querying.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a energetic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, quality, and process integrity.
- Foundational understanding of finance, credit, and financial reporting concepts.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
