Role & responsibilities

- Design, deliver, and continuously improve AI, ML, GenAI, Python, and Data Science curricula across beginner to advanced levels.
- Conduct engaging instructor-led training, hands-on labs, workshops, hackathons, and project mentoring.
- Develop course materials, assessments, lab exercises, capstone projects, and evaluation rubrics.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support learning through doubt-clearing and remedial sessions.
- Prepare students for industry by guiding them on real-world projects and platforms like Kaggle, HackerRank, and LeetCode.
- Maintain academic records, track student progress, and ensure compliance with institutional requirements.
- Promote ethical and responsible AI usage while managing cloud resources and AI tool access.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and recommend curriculum enhancements and strategic opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

3-4 years of experience as a trainer in AI/ML, Data Science, or Generative AI space.





- Demonstrated expertise in Python Programming, ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), GenAI models, prompt engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven training and facilitation experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience creating training artifacts including course content, hands-on labs, projects, etc
- Robust grounding in pedagogy, learning outcome design, and competency-based assessment.
- Ability to collaborate with university stakeholders to deliver the training.
- Experience in a technology services or product company environment.
- Hands-on industry experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Generative AI.
- Active certifications in AI/ML e.g., Google AI, DeepLearning.AI, Microsoft Azure AI, NVIDIA Deep Learning.
- Published research, blog contributions, or conference presentations in AI or AI-in-education.
