The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.The role requires robust project governance, customer-facing communication, delivery management, and coordination across functional and technical teams. Key Responsibilities - Project Planning Delivery

- Lead full project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities - Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and executive reviews.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans effectively.





Key Responsibilities - Governance Risk Management

- Establish and enforce project governance standards.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Manage change requests and scope control processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational delivery methodologies and standards.

Key Responsibilities - Resource Team Management

- Coordinate cross-functional consulting, development, testing, and support teams.
- Monitor team performance and project productivity.
- Facilitate collaboration among internal and customer teams.
- Support conflict resolution and issue management.

Key Responsibilities - Financial Management

- Monitor project budgets, effort consumption, and profitability.
- Track project revenue recognition and forecasting.
- Manage project documentation, billing milestones, and contractual obligations.

Required Skills Experience

- 7-15 years of overall IT consulting/project delivery experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology implementations.
- Experience managing Dynamics 365, Business Central, ERP, CRM, Power Platform, Cloud, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects successfully.

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications - Education Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred Qualifications / Certifications - Certifications
