Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Executive Financial Services to join our Sales & Client Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth across various financial products. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates as well as candidates with experience in tele-calling or sales.

Key Responsibilities

Client Outreach & Lead Generation

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.

* Generate and qualify leads for financial products such as Mutual Funds, Equities, PMS, Insurance, and other investment solutions.

* Explain product features and benefits effectively to prospective clients.

* Identify potential business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Client Engagement

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-ups.

* Address client queries professionally and provide basic product-related information (non-advisory).

* Ensure a positive customer experience through courteous and effective communication.

Sales Support

* Schedule appointments and meetings for Relationship Managers and Senior Sales Representatives.





* Assist the sales team in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Data Management & Reporting

* Record all client interactions and call outcomes in the CRM system.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

* Prepare and submit daily activity and performance reports to the reporting manager.

Key Skills & Competencies

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

* Basic understanding of financial products will be an added advantage.

* Good listening skills with a customer-centric approach.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

* Under graduate/ Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, or Business preferred).

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.

* Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
