About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of product releases through structured, exploratory, and risk-based testing. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts in an Agile environment while coordinating non-functional testing activities with specialist teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Job Title: QA Engineer – TOSCA Implementation

Key Responsibilities:





- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Perform exploratory, regression, and risk-based testing to identify defects and quality risks.
- Log, track, and manage defects through the complete lifecycle, supporting prioritization based on severity and business impact.
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of automated test suites (e.g., Tosca) to improve regression coverage.
- Develop test plans and strategies, supporting release readiness and go/no-go decisions.
- Coordinate non-functional testing activities, including performance, security, accessibility, and integration testing with specialist teams.
- Validate APIs, system integrations, data flows, and data accuracy across applications.
- Manage test environments and support the creation of realistic test data.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring requirements are testable and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
- Monitor production issues, identify quality gaps, and recommend continuous improvements to testing processes and coverage.

Minimum Qualifications

- Proven experience in manual software testing within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of test case design, exploratory testing, regression testing, and defect management.
- Experience testing APIs, integrations, and data validation across systems.
- Exposure to test automation tools such as Tosca.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality software.
