Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate Life Insurance business processes such as: Recent Business / Policy Issuance Underwriting Premium Collection Policy Servicing Claims Processing Renewal and Surrender processes Raise, track, retest, and close defects using JIRA. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and UAT teams. Prepare Test Summary Reports and provide testing status updates.
