Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Freshers to join our US Medical Billing team as AR Callers. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
- Verify claim status and payment information.
- Resolve claim denials, rejections, and payment-related issues.
- Coordinate with provider offices whenever required.




- Document call outcomes accurately in the billing system.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies.

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good analytical skills.
