About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to oversee the organization's Accounts, Financial Planning, MIS reporting, and financial control functions. The role requires managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing management reports and dashboards, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing financial insights to aid strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting expertise combined with a business-oriented mindset and advanced reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Financial Planning

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Conduct profitability analysis, cost optimization, and financial risk assessments.
- Support leadership in business planning, resource allocation, and financial decision-making.

Accounts & Compliance

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books of accounts.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS,



Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
- Track key financial KPIs and present performance insights to leadership.
- Perform variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and actual performance.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Financial Reporting.
- Expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Cash Flow Management.
- Experience in MIS Reporting, Variance Analysis, and Financial Analysis.
- Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.
- Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime, including accounting, reconciliation, GST management, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, Financial Modeling, Dashboards, Power Query, and Data Analysis.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and numerical abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable business insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
