Role & responsibilities

- Establishing and supervising site execution compliance activities.
- Bill certification, bill checking and making payment certificate.
- Checking of Material bills of HTL.
- Working out Quantities for HTL in co ordination with Q. S. Agency/Project Team.
- Cross Checking reconciliation of cement, Steel, Flyash, RMC in co ordination with contractor.
- To keep track of Payment certificate release to the Various Contractors for the Project.
- Site visit for quantity checking.
- Review of Work Order & Agreements & go through the GCC & SCC.
- Follow up with contractors for bill certification within stipulated time.
- Review of Drawings & Instruction of Consultants for extra claims/COS.
- To raise Advance Payment request to accounts in Oracle for the Contractor/Consultants.
- To do all invoice entry in oracle system regularly.
- To check bill is processed as per standard format.
- To check measurement as per IS code & correct methodology to be adopted.
- To check material rate difference payable or receivable and prepare statement.
- To check final quantities as per steel concrete rate co-effective considered in Work Order in square ft rate contract.
