Designation: Team Lead - Corporate Legal

Experience: 8-12 years

Location: Mumbai

Role & responsibilities:

-Letters of intent from rating agencies, trust deeds, NCD documents, bank facility documents, agreements with investment bankers.

-Interpersonal skills are necessary when working closely with cross-functional teams, such as those in sales, marketing, administration, and finance.

-Lead and finish the transaction within the allotted turnaround time (TAT) by efficiently coordinating with different outside law firms and solicitor companies.

-Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating joint venture and non-IT contracts with vendors contracts for cooperation with banks, lead aggregators, investment agreements, partnerships with athletes and coaches, and advertising Sponsorship agreements, social media management agreements, brand management agreements, co-lending agreements, digital lending agreements, insurance corporate agency agreements, SaaS agreements, service/software agreements,



lease/leave and license agreements for branches and premises, and experience executing agreements in different states while consulting local teams in accordance with the State Stamp Act and Indian Registration Act.

-Keep up of developments regarding the Data Protection Act, digital lending, colending, RBI guidelines, domestic and international Treasury laws, outsourcing, and portfolio assignment agreements. IRDA Guidelines, revisions to laws and regulations, and information sharing with the legal team and other interested parties. RBI, NHB, and internal regulations, as well as create rules and procedures to ensure that these contracts are carried out smoothly.
