Role & responsibilities

The Store Head is responsible for leading all aspects of a luxury retail store to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence. The role requires a robust leader with a deep understanding of luxury retail standards, clienteling, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Experience:

- Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver outstanding client service aligned with the brands luxury standards.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.




- Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and accountability.

Store Operations:

- Ensure store operations run smoothly, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Maintain brand presentation standards and uphold the luxury environment at all times.
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting.

Marketing & Events:

- Support local marketing initiatives and in-store events to drive traffic and engagement.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams on brand activations and promotions.
