TCS is looking for a skilled Workday HCM Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday integrations, reports, calculated fields, and technical configuration. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday HCM modules and integration technologies to support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday tools.
- Develop and maintain EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Cloud Connect integrations.
- Create and maintain Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and Calculated Fields.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration and reporting issues.
- Support Workday releases, upgrades, and production deployments.
- Perform data migration, data validation, and mass data loads using EIB.
- Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and clients.




- Ensure compliance with Workday security and governance standards.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
