Job Description

As a Merchandiser at , you will play a pivotal role in bridging market demand with in-store product offering. You will work closely with designers, sales, and clients to create product assortments that resonate with our local customers and drive footfall and sales in retail environments.

- Plan and execute Design/PD merchandising strategies that align with brand positioning and customer preferences in the local market.
- Study retail sales data,Client feedback to identify fast- and slow-moving design inventory.
- Coordinate sales team to understand real-time product trends.
- Monitor competitor stores, fashion shows, exhibitions, and digital trends to identify emerging styles and retail display strategies.
- Provide trend-based design briefs to the product development team/Designers/PD Heads with explicit input on product type, pricing, size, and material preferences for local customers.




- Collaborate with the CAD and sampling team to ensure quick turnaround of designs suited for retail shelves
- Create Storyboard Moodboards for the presentation.
- Attend meetings, Exhibitions, Market surveys when required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in retail merchandising in the fine jewellery industry.
- Deep understanding of local market preferences and buying behavior.
- Excellent visual sense and ability to guide product presentation.
- Commercial acumen and ability to curate products that sell.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of experience in a retail merchandising role, preferably in the jewellery or luxury fashion sector.
