Role & responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to understand business challenges and support sales programs. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics. Handle large datasets and run queries to extract actionable insights. Develop and automate reports using Excel (including macros). Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations. Continuously explore and adopt the latest tools and techniques in data analysis and visualization. Post graduate in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or a related field. Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in Excel (macros, formulas) and Power BI is essential. Experience with dashboards, querying tools, and data storytelling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced workplace.
Exposure to sales or commercial teams during internships or coursework. Experience with SQL or other data query languages is a plus.
Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience is a must. Experience of Sales Database Management, Sales Analysis and use of Business Statistics. Experience in developing reports and plans, in a large and dynamic sales environment. Experience in leading the development and design of sales performance reports. Presentation layout skills. Data Management with Excel & MS Access. Data Automation based on VBA scripting Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Communication skills (English), spoken and written. Understanding of the language of business practices.
