Famous Speciality Chemicals is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage core finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in import/export finance, accounts receivable, credit control, vendor payments, and statutory compliance, preferably within the manufacturing or chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage import/export finance activities, including LC documentation, Bill of Entry, foreign remittances, and banking coordination.
- Process domestic and international vendor payments while ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank accounts, and maintain online banking operations.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness, recommend credit limits, and manage credit control processes.
- Track outstanding receivables, prepare ageing reports, and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and customer outstanding balances.




- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve payment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, RBI, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reconciliations, and support internal/external audits.
- Maintain financial records in Tally/ERP and generate periodic management reports.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of Import/Export Finance, Letter of Credit (LC), Forex Transactions, and Bill of Entry.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Debtor Management, and Vendor Payments.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.
- Robust analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
