Role & responsibilities

1. Review and analyse financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

2. Analyse revenue, expenses, margins, and working capital trends

3. Review agreements and contracts (such as client, vendor, or loan agreements)

4. Prepare easy summaries of agreements, highlighting key commercial and financial terms

5. Identify financial risks, unusual transactions, and key observations

6. Assist in preparing Financial Due Diligence reports

7. Use Excel and Power Query to clean, simplify, and manage large sets of financial data

8. Maintain accurate and well-structured data for analysis and reporting 9. Support senior team members during M&A; and transaction advisory engagements

10. Coordinate with internal teams and client finance teams for data and clarifications

Preferred Candidate:

1. Basic understanding of Accounting concepts

2. Ability to read and understand financial statements

3. Basic understanding of agreements and commercial terms

4. Working knowledge of MS Excel

5. Knowledge of Power Query to handle bulk data and maintain clean datasets (preferred)

6. Good attention to detail and analytical skills
