- We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Pest Control Services business operations.
- The Senior manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals, increase market presence and maximize profitability.
- As a Senior Manager, your duties also include guiding employees in the Professional Pest Control Business Vertical to achieve their set performance objectives.
- You shall evaluate and optimize their operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and create/fine tune operations effectiveness and financial reports.
- To be successful as a Senior manager, you shall have a command on the Pest Control
- Business domain, should be able to lead and manage people, ensure operations are run smoothly, achieve revenue targets. Ultimately, as a top-notch Senior Manager
- You should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Senior Manager Role & Responsibilities:

- 1)Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
- 2)Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
- 3)Recruiting, training, and supporting other Managers, team members achieve their performance targets on a consistent basis.
- 4)Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
- 5)Exploring and Growing the business across geographies ( multiple locations) .
- 6)Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
- 7)Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be productive and cost-effective.
- 8)Ensuring the Services being rendered comply with regulatory and quality standards.
- 9)Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
- 10)Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly,



and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
- 11)Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
- 12)Managing and developing Sales Executive to achieve their target.
- 13)Periodical review and assessment of performances of SEs and Supervisors. (SEs/ Sups at monthly interval).
- 14)Keep watch on competitors activity and plan strategies to meet the challenges and report timely to the Business Head.
- 15)Planning and organizing the various sales promotion/BTL activities at Branch level.
- 16)Organizing awareness campaigns, customers meet at once a year for different segments like construction industry, hospitality, health care etc. as per annual plan.

Administration & Accounts : -

- 1)Ensuring compliance to reporting schedule and MIS.
- 2)Implementing the corporate credit policy.
- 3)Prevent overdue payments, Assisting the Sale Executive in collection of overdue payments.
- 4)Ensure to get confirmation of balance on outstanding in time, as per the corporate credit policy.
- 5)Ensure effective budgeting to yield a good return on investment at the branch.
- 6)Check and monitor the billing and receipts are prepared on time.
- 7)Ensure timely submission of bills & receipts.

Senior Manager Requirements:

- 1) Graduation in Science, Agriculture with Experience in the Domain is mandatory.
- Additional qualification in business administration, management, or a similar field will be an advantage.
- 2) 7+ years of management and leadership experience.
- 3)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 4)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, conversant with CRM systems and project management tools.
- 5)Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- 6)Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- 7)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum Experience : 8 -10 Years
- Age between 35 - 45 years
