- Mining the given Clients and Grow the Business with them
- Adding Value to Clients- Client Management
- Team Performance / Self Performance/ Retention/Team member
- Maintaining Data/ MIS/ Trackers and Reports
- Dividing Positions Client wise Spoc with in team
- Reducing the client escalation and every escalation need to be addressed in minimal time line
- Meet Delivery Time line of 4 to 12 hours on position received
MUST HAVE:
- Prior experience in handling team
- Should have Minimum 5-10 Years Experience in Non-IT RECRUITMENT
- Should have hired for Domestic Clients
- First class throughout
