We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS & PMGM Consultant with strong expertise in Learning Management and Performance & Goals Management modules. The candidate should possess hands-on configuration experience, support implementation knowledge, integration expertise, and the ability to lead customer discussions while delivering best-practice solutions.
Mandatory Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 24 AMS/Support Projects in SAP SuccessFactors LMS and PMGM.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certifications in:
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Performance & Goals Management (PMGM)
- At least one additional Talent Management module.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Creating Assignment Profiles
- LMS Roles
- Curricula
- LMS Administration
- Integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Integration with third-party applications
- Hands-on experience with Plateau Report Designer Tool.
- Experience in creating Custom Calculations in Goal Templates.
- Robust knowledge of:
- Goal Setting Process
- Performance Management Processes
- Hands-on experience in:
- Goal Cascading
- Group Goals
- Team Goals
- Experience translating client business requirements into technical solution requirements.
- Experience configuring:
- Route Maps
- Step Types
- Experience customizing Performance Forms including:
- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with third-party vendors.
- Ability to independently lead customer discussions and workshops.
Good to Have
- Conduct discovery workshops with customers to understand:
- Current business processes
- Future-state requirements
- Recommend industry best practices and solution approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors LMS and PMGM modules based on customer requirements while following best practices.
- Understand Learning Management and Performance Management processes in global organizations.
- Design, implement, and support complex business processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Support customers during implementation and AMS engagements.
- Participate in customer workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations.
- Work on integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party applications.
- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors bi-annual releases and educate customers on new features and enhancements.
