Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager International Business to drive business growth across international markets, with a primary focus on the United Kingdom, European Union, North America, and South America. The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in international marketing and business development within the medical devices industry and have a proven ability to establish distribution networks, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute international marketing and business development strategies for medical devices.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, channel partners, and strategic alliances across target regions.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve international sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, distributors, OEM partners, and government procurement agencies.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and business meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams including regulatory affairs, product management, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure successful market entry.
- Prepare business proposals, pricing strategies, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements in target markets.




- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies for market expansion.
- Prepare periodic business reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
- Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or International Business will be an added advantage.
- Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in international marketing or business development in the medical devices industry.
- Demonstrated experience handling markets in the UK, European Union, North America, and South America.
- Proven track record of developing international distributors and achieving export business growth.
- Experience with international tenders, distributor management, and channel development is preferred.
