About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Kitchen Steward to work with a prestigious client at a premium hospitality facility. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation standards, and hospitality operations.
Job Summary:
The Kitchen Steward will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring smooth functioning of the culinary area while adhering to professional hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and service areas.
- Wash and sanitize utensils, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of kitchen supplies.
- Support chefs and kitchen team with daily operational requirements.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Manage waste disposal and maintain a hygienic working environment.
- Assist with kitchen inventory arrangement and related activities.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Graduation/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality or premium service environments will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deliver high-quality service standards.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Steward in a reputed hotel, resort, or premium hospitality workplace.
