Job Description:-

- Take ownership of the end-to-end branch operations, ensuring seamless execution across freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and documentation.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely shipment deliveries while maintaining full compliance with import/export regulations and industry standards.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, transporters, and key business partners.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by proactively resolving operational challenges and ensuring service excellence.
- Monitor branch performance through operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and profitability,



implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Identify current business opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and support revenue growth through value-added logistics solutions.
- Ensure complete adherence to customs regulations, statutory requirements, and company compliance and safety policies.
- Prepare and present branch performance reports, MIS, and operational insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation and records while driving process standardization and digital efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance and deliver best-in-class logistics solutions.
