Position: Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)

Role:

- Role broadly includes providing key insights to management team through various analytics of business performance.

- Facilitate decision making process through effective evaluation of different scenarios. Drive budgeting, forecasting and planning process.

- Partner with business functions on strategic projects for improving growth and profitability.

Job Description:

- Responsible for month-end related activities. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials to the group.

- Circulation of various MIS reports to group and internal management

- Analysis of financial performance of business. Providing insights to business leadership team for decision making

- Preparation of annual budget, rolling forecast, long range plans, scenarios and reports

- Cash flow and working capital management

- Digital projects for improved analytics and processes

- Pricing analysis and new product pricing





- Structured cost analysis

- Strategic projects - Tariff / Non-Tariff measures, growth initiatives, new business evaluation, growth capex etc

Requirements:

- Educational qualification: CA / CMA

- Minimum experience: ~ 10-12 years for CA; ~ 12-15 years for CMA

- Good exposure in an FP&A; role in the manufacturing sector

- Should be an agile finance business finance partner.

- Robust communication and analytical skills

- Business and commercial acumen

- Ability to handle multiple data sets

- Working knowledge of SAP and other digital BI tools

- Team leadership

- Diverse stakeholder management

- Ability to work cross functional and locations

- Solutions mindset and learning agility
