The candidates duties and Responsibilities in our firm would be
- Visit client locations for audit assignments, financial reviews, and ongoing advisory support.
- Audit statutory compliance processes (GST, Income Tax, TDS, PT, and other regulatory filings) to ensure accuracy, strengthen controls, and mitigate compliance risks
- Finalize books of accounts, including review of financial statements and reconciliations.
- Represent and attend Board Meetings to provide financial and compliance insights.
- Review and verify billing sheets, ensure timely sharing with accounts, and coordinate billing processes.
- Support business development initiatives, including client meetings and proposal discussions.
- Lead, hire, and build the audit team as per business requirements.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of 67 members, ensuring quality deliverables and effective execution of assignments.
