Role Purpose

Lead the management, support, and continuous enhancement of SAP ERP applications with primary responsibility for SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management). Partner with business stakeholders to optimize processes, drive digital transformation, ensure high system availability, and deliver technology solutions that support the organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

SAP ERP Operations & Governance

- Manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of SAP ERP applications.
- Ensure high system availability through preventive maintenance, upgrades,backups, and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor application performance, security, and compliance with IT governance standards.
- Manage SAP incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors for support, upgrades, and enhancements.

SAP SD/MM Functional Leadership

- Lead functional support, configuration, and enhancement of SAP SD and SAP MM modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Sales, Procurement, Finance, Projects, CRM, and other business functions.
- Design and implement SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency and standardize business processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of SD/MM with other SAP modules and enterprise applications.
- Lead testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support for new implementations and enhancements.

Business Process Improvement & Digital Transformation

- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization across business functions.




- Drive SAP-enabled digital initiatives to improve productivity, operational efficiency, customer experience, and cost optimization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Develop technology roadmaps and recommend system enhancements to support organizational growth.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Act as the primary IT partner for business stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.
- Build strong relationships with internal users and external implementation partners.
- Manage vendor performance, project deliverables, SLAs, and support contracts.
- Ensure effective communication between business teams and technical teams during project execution.

User Enablement & Change Management

- Develop SAP Champions across business functions.
- Conduct user training, refresher sessions, and knowledge-sharing programs.
- Create digital learning content, SOPs, and user documentation.
- Drive user adoption through effective change management and continuous support.

Customer Service Excellence

- Measure and improve internal customer satisfaction through regular feedback surveys.
- Analyze feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.




- Ensure timely communication and resolution of business user concerns.

- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- SAP Certification in SD/MM is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP ERP implementation, support, and enhancement, with robust expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management).
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of procurement, sales, inventory management, project execution, contract management, and finance integration.
- Proven experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrades, and business process transformation projects.
- Experience managing implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and support business-critical applications in a dynamic environment.
