We are looking for an experienced Recruitment PMO with strong expertise in Recruitment Project Management to join our team on a 6-month contract (extendable) basis.

Client Location: Powai, Mumbai
Experience: 5-7 Years
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Immediate Joiners Preferred

Mode- 5 Days WFO

Key Responsibilities:





- Manage end-to-end recruitment projects and hiring initiatives.
- Drive hiring governance, project planning, and stakeholder management.
- Track recruitment deliverables, timelines, SLAs, and hiring metrics.
- Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership teams.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and hiring progress.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and project status updates.
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment programs and process compliance.
