The Platform Transformation Group consists of a team of people primarily coming from business operations to further enhance the service offering to our clients. The team members are specialized in the various applications that are used throughout the Citco Fund Services Division, like for example AExeo Investor, the investor record keeping system, the client portal CitcoOne and ECM, the centralized document management system.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Update, maintain and review test cases, liaising with Business Analysts as necessary.
- Work closely with the business to drive new enhancements and functionality for the users
- Execute test cases as part of the UAT cycle.
- Log and track defects with the defect management system.
- Liaise with the development team regarding defects.
- Liaise with Business Analysts to write requirements for the development group
- Communicate and report on assigned tasks to the Manager and PM.
- Work with the project team to ensure the highest levels of quality are maintained in UAT.
Qualifications
About You:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, or similar discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in a functional testing specific role
- Experience with the following applications/tools: JIRA, Xray, Confluence.
- Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English
- Affinity with Financial Services Systems
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Solid problem-solving ability
- Proven team player
- Proven abilities with complex problems
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize amid competing timelines and priorities
