Our Mission is to develop and retain top Technology talent, by provisioning world-class skill development and career enablement programs to faster a strong culture of learning. Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-orientedJunior Learning Operations Specialistto support the delivery of Technology Talent programs acrossIndia andAsia (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hong Kong, Singapore & Tokyo). This role will provide critical operational,PMO,administrative, and coordination support to ensure the successful execution of training, talent development, and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who demonstrates strong ownership, attention to detail, and a willingness to go above and beyond to support stakeholders across multiple Asia time zones.





Key Responsibilities

Provide operational and administrative support acrosstech talent programs.

Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and regional events, including logistics and participant communications.

Supportoperationalactivities including planning, scheduling, stakeholder managementand follow-up of actions.

Coordinate calendars, meetings, approvals, documentation, invoices, and vendor-related activities.

Partner with stakeholders across Technology to ensure smooth program delivery.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and execution.

Experience and willingness to work regularly with AI tools like Co-pilot etc, is highly preferred

RequiredCandidate Profile

Experience inTrainingOperations, Program Coordinationand Administrativerole.

Bachelors degree inBusinessManagement, Operations, HR, or a related discipline.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Intermediate toAdvancedProficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or similar collaboration tools is preferred.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Willingness to support activities outside regular working hours, as and when required for Asia regional coverage.
