- To extrapolate sourcing effort, will be required to do reference sourcing and headhunting.
- Scheduling interviews with hiring manager.
- Scheduling Assessment of candidate session with hiring manager.
- Working out compensation fitment of selected candidates basis compensation grid and offering them.
- Managing joining and onboarding process of selected candidates.
