- Handle all litigation and legal recovery matters of the company.
- Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with external advocates and represent the company before courts and tribunals, wherever required.
- Manage debt recovery cases and settlement negotiations.
- Monitor case progress and ensure timely closure of legal matters.
- Provide legal support to internal stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
Preferred Profile:
- Qualified lawyer with experience in litigation and recovery.
- Robust knowledge of civil, commercial, and recovery laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
