Job Summary
The Executive – Human Resources will support employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance activities. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.
- Support event logistics, communications, participation tracking, and feedback surveys.
- Support implementation of action plans arising from employee feedback.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires in Mumbai.
- Support employee separation processes, including exit interviews and formalities.
HR Operations
- Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Assist to prepare HR reports, staffing updates, presentations, and dashboards.
- Maintain up to date records of Mumbai employees and HR trackers.
- Support in follow up for org wide initiatives in Mumbai
Compliance & Documentation
- Support statutory compliance requirements and audits for the Mumbai office.
Qualifications &] Skills
- Bachelor’S degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Robust communication and coordination
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Success Measures
- Timely and effective execution of HR and engagement initiatives.
- Positive onboarding and employee experience.
- Accuracy of HR records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Timely resolution of employee queries and HR requests.
