We're hiring a Recruitment Team Lead at the Hiring Squad!

Are you a seasoned IT recruitment strategist with a track record of leading teams and delivering top-tier technical talent? If you've spent at least 2 years as an official Team Lead (on-papers) and know the core IT market inside out, we want you at the helm.

The Perks & Specs:
Location: 100% Work From Home
Shift: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Monday Saturday)
Balance: 2nd & 4th Saturdays OFF
Compensation: Up to 40,000 / month (based on experience & expertise)

What Youll Be Doing:

- Leading and managing full-cycle recruitment across complex IT and Non-IT domains.
- Driving candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting strategies across LinkedIn, job portals, and niche networks.
- Mentoring recruiters,



streamlining interview workflows, and maintaining client/candidate touchpoints.
- Building and sustaining high-volume, quality pipelines for current and upcoming talent demands.

What Were Looking For:

- Must Have: Minimum 2+ years of official experience on paper as a Recruitment Team Lead (Core IT focus).
- Strong grounding in contemporary tech stacks, tech roles, and industry talent shifts.
- Preferred: Prior experience hiring for (or working within) Big 4 firms or top-tier consulting environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and remote team drive.
